We know that many of us begin the day on track, then trail off and forget to log dinner… not to mention those afternoon and evening snacks. Motivation and energy levels can wane throughout the day, but guess what? It’s ok! If motivation is low, you’re allowed to pick back up anytime. You might set a (kind) reminder on your phone or in Noom to remember to log meals later in the day, or take time to envision those long term goals and why you’re working towards them. We’ve found that those who log dinner often lose more weight, and we’re guessing that has a lot to do with the habit of consistent food logging.
